As someone who cherishes having a favorite candle for each season, this revelation was quite troubling. From heavy metals to paraffin, a petroleum byproduct, inhaling these substances in enclosed spaces can lead to various negative health effects.

A Natural Solution for Healthier Living

With over a decade of experience as a Wellness Practitioner, I've witnessed firsthand the positive transformations clients experience when switching to natural candle options. Soy wax and beeswax candles with cotton wicks and natural bases offer a healthier alternative. This knowledge, combined with my passion for design, property management, and love of gifting inspired me to create elegant, safe candle solutions.

Partnering with Local Artisans

It was crucial for me to collaborate with a local Georgia company that shared my commitment to natural and sustainable practices. I was thrilled to partner with Rekindle, based in Monroe, GA. This partnership not only supports my business but also contributes to the success of two Georgia enterprises.

Launching "The Garden City Collection"

After discussing my scent visions with Matt, the owner of Rekindle, we quickly expanded from one candle to two. I knew I needed a name for the collection, and thus "The Garden City Collection" was born with its first two scents: "Welcome Home" and "Sweet Magnolia." "Welcome Home" features a delightful vanilla and citrus fragrance, while "Sweet Magnolia" offers a sweet blend of magnolia and orchid.

Crafting the Perfect Candle Experience

Our graphic designer has been instrumental in creating labels that are clean, classic, and timeless. Collaborating on the design was a joy, and I hope others will appreciate the elegance of these labels as much as we do.

The next step was setting up logistics for online sales and packaging. We selected the right software for our e-commerce store and explored beautiful packaging options to ensure a delightful unboxing experience. Our chosen style adds a touch of fun to the entire experience.
