You can offer your guests an amazing stay even without a designated guest room!

Over 20 years of experience in short-term rentals coupled with southern hospitality allows us to offer creative design solutions to ensure the best guest experience. These solutions are an essential aspect of our business. 

We have found the top three rooms to be able to add guests into are an office, a secondary living space, or an existing bedroom.

For each of these spaces, you could add a pull-out bed sofa, a pull-out bed oversized chair, or pull-out chair ottoman. Many people in this day and age could benefit from adding a stylish sofa to their space. Whether it's for a client, a meeting, or simply another space for them to sit and work or relax, adding a pull-out sofa could solve an array of needs - while serving as a guest sleeping option.

Another option is a pull-out bed credenza. It looks like a credenza for the day-to-day and serves as a great focal feature in a space! A piece like this can also be an anchor for a room and serve as a buffet or display for some of your treasures. Once the bed is pulled out, the back serves as a beautiful headboard.

Some of the items may not be applicable if you're not leaving - but many items can serve you to host your next guest!

Some of those items include setting out extra blankets, beverages, treats, candles, and confirming there is space for their luggage. Additionally, bringing in a floral arrangement adds such a personal touch. These options can allow you to support local businesses - so you’re not only making the trip memorable for your guest but you are also supporting a local business.

Florals in a room can be totally breathtaking and inviting! Flowers On Broad is our favorite local shoppe from which we order florals. They not only outshine themselves with every order but they are a treasure to work with!

Candles can add warmth and ambiance to your space that truly ensures your guest feels welcomed! Our very own, “Garden City Collection” of chemical free, non-toxic candles would be a great addition to your guest space!
