Staging Consultation | Real Estate Listings
Prices start at $350 and includes:
In home consult. We can spend the time selecting paint colors, discussing lighting or tile options, furniture and accessory placement, etc. We can focus on just one room or work our way around the entire home.
You will receive an email with a Custom Proposal, including an itemized list of everything we discussed, a timeline, and recommendations within 7 business days.
Staging & Styling Installations
Packages start at $1500 and includes:
In home installation / styling of furnishings and accessories, typically ranging between a 1 - 3 day period. We ask that no additional contractors be present during the staging / styling process.
Removal of staged furnishings and accessories.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve inventory and calendar date for installation.
*Project pricing typically reflects 1.3% of the homes value.
Property Walkthrough | Tournament & Short Term Rental Listings
Prices start at $350 and includes:
