PRICING
DESIGN CONSULTATION
$350 Includes:
Design Questionnaire and initial consult via email / phone.
1 hour in-home consult. We can spend the hour however you want – selecting paint colors, discussing lighting or tile options, (light) furniture and accessory placement, etc. We can focus on just one room or work our way around the entire home.
We will send an email with a Custom Design Package, including an itemized list of everything we discussed, within 2 weeks.
VIP DESIGN CONSULTATION
$225 Includes:
1 hour of 1 on 1 time with an Interior Designer and Expert Handyman/ Installer, or design assistant.
The entire time is spent in your space where we tie your room – or as many spaces as possible -- together with the implementation of minor home improvements!
If applicable, an additional package can be purchased for further project completion. Home Repair Service or Design Service Estimate (if applicable) for projects outside of the time frame or scope.
An estimate for any additions that are outside of the VIP Design Consult scope will be sent to you via email
VIP DESIGN PACKAGES
*** This is typically reserved for those who have already purchased and completed a design consult***
$200 per hour | 2+ hour minimums Includes:

DESIGN RETAINER
***These packages are for clients who need full-service, longer-term design assistance.***
Discounted rates starting at $150 per hour Include:
This is where you get me on an ongoing basis for the agreed upon rooms(s) and I keep you informed of hours that have been spent on this space.
Some clients use it for us to go shopping together, complete measurements taken and tailored layout options presented, entire room sourced (utilizing any must keep pieces of course), final touches, selections, and design board presented, etc.
Some find this lasts for 2 months, 2 weeks, or 6 months - I am here when you need me for that "designers eye" and I keep you posted when there is 30 minutes - 1 hour left of the retainer that has been paid.
Retainer Packages start as follows:
3 hours | $450
6 hours | $900
9 hours | $1350
