We partner with you to design a space that reflects your lifestyle, needs, and vision, while staying within budget and maintaining clear communication. The result is a refreshed, balanced space that beautifully captures your taste and functionality.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
$350 Includes:
Design questionnaire and initial consult via email or phone.
1-hour in-home consultation — we can focus on one room or refresh the whole home
Personalized guidance for paint colors, lighting, tile, furniture, or layout
A Custom Design Package emailed within 3 weeks with an itemized recap and recommendations
VIP DESIGN CONSULTATION
*available after an Initial Design Consult has been completed
$225 Includes:
1-hour of one-on-one time with a designer and installation team
The entire time is spent in your space where we tie your room – or as many spaces as possible -- together with the implementation of minor home installations.
If applicable, an additional package can be purchased for further project completion. Home Repair Service or Design Service Estimate (if applicable) for projects outside of the time frame or scope.
An estimate for any additions that are outside of the VIP Design Consult scope will be sent to you via email
VIP DESIGN PACKAGES
*** This is typically reserved for those who have already purchased and completed a design consult***
$200 per hour | 2+ hour minimums Includes:
Design Questionnaire and initial consult via email / phone.
1 hour in-home consult. We can spend the hour however you want – selecting paint colors, discussing lighting or tile options, (light) furniture and accessory placement, etc. We can focus on just one room or work our way around the entire home.
We will send an email with a Custom Design Package, including an itemized list of everything we discussed, within 2 weeks.
DESIGN RETAINER
From $150 per hour Include:
Ideal for full-service, longer-term design partnerships.
You’ll have ongoing access to Kelly’s expertise across the agreed-upon spaces, with transparent tracking of hours and progress.
Retainer packages can include:
Shopping together for finishes and furnishings
Measurements, layout options, and design boards
Room sourcing with “must-keep” pieces
Styling, selections, and final touches
*Custom retainers available based on project scope.
E-DESIGN SERVICES
***Our virtual e-design service offers a convenient and personalized design experience from the comfort of your own home, providing a seamless way to transform your space.***
Starting at $500 | Includes:
Design questionnaire: We begin with a design questionnaire to understand your style, needs, and goals.
Custom Design Board: We then craft a detailed design board with expert recommendations for furniture and decor placement.
Direct Sourcing: You'll receive direct sources for all selected pieces, making it easy to bring the design to life at your own pace. You’ll enjoy tailored guidance that offers both expertise and flexibility.
