Prices start at $350 | Includes:
In home consult. We can spend the time selecting paint colors, discussing lighting or tile options, furniture and accessory placement, etc. We can focus on just one room or work our way around the entire home.
We will send an email with a Custom Proposal, including an itemized list of everything we discussed, a timeline, and recommendations.
STAGING & STYLING
INSTALLATIONS
Prices start at $1250 | Includes:
In home installation / styling of furnishings and accessories, typically ranging between a 1 - 3 day period. We ask that no additional contractors be present during the staging / styling process.
Removal of staged furnishings and accessories.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve inventory and calendar date for installation.
*Project pricing typically reflects 1.3% of the homes value.
PROPERTY WALKTHROUGH
TOURNAMENT AND SHORT TERM RENTALS
Prices start at $350 | Includes:
Design Questionnaire and initial consult via email / phone.
1 hour in-home consult. We can spend the hour however you want – selecting paint colors, discussing lighting or tile options, (light) furniture and accessory placement, etc. We can focus on just one room or work our way around the entire home.
We will send an email with a Custom Design Package, including an itemized list of everything we discussed, within 2 weeks.
If you decide to move forward with our services once a consultation or walkthrough has
been completed, a discount will be applied, determined by project scope. We serve the Southeast!
