Katie, an Augusta, GA native, is all about family, has a sharp eye for details, and genuinely loves jumping in to serve and make a positive impact on everyone she meets.

Katie’s ability to handle just about anything is impressive! She grew up the daughter of an electrician, eventually gaining the hands-on experience to take over and run the electrical company herself. She then spent years in the automotive industry, where she handled almost every part of keeping a busy shop moving. She was the go-to person for everything: managing team time-off and payroll inputs, coordinating tech training, keeping inventory stocked, and planning fun team events—she was truly the heartbeat of the employee experience!

Now, as the Hospitality & Service Assistant for The Kingdom Collective, Katie channels that fantastic background into serving their mission. She is deeply involved in ensuring smooth operations, including inventory management and coordinating hospitality & concierge services. She is also focused on providing top-notch service by building out the training program for the hospitality department, while continually learning and growing alongside the team.

When she's not focused on the Collective's work, you'll find her outdoors! She loves getting her hands dirty with gardening and yard work, especially cultivating all sorts of plants and fresh vegetables. Her ultimate goal? To turn her love for growing things into a beautiful homestead of her own one day!
